Beryxa is an independent strategic evaluation practice operated by Aryan Singh Yadav together with the Beryxa team.

Every engagement is designed to improve the quality of important business decisions through independent strategic evaluation.

Payments are accepted through approved payment providers.

Work begins once payment has been received and any required intake information has been submitted.

Refunds are available before substantive work on an engagement has begun.

Once strategic analysis or preparation of deliverables has started, payments become non-refundable.

Unless otherwise agreed, evaluations are typically delivered within the communicated timeframe.

Information provided by clients remains confidential unless disclosure is legally required.

Upon delivery, the completed evaluation becomes the client's confidential business document.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
